Twelve Steps with God (Part 1)

This is a 14 week Recovery Training Course in Steps One through Six. You will be trained in how to identify addictive behaviors.  

COURSE OUTLINE

• The origins of addictions - The dysfunctional roots
• How to examine recovery profiles in the Bible
• Discover God's plan for deliverance
• Understand the role of submission in recovery
• Understand the power of the role of conversion in recovery
• Self-examination time - uncover your own addictions
• Learn the Christian foundation for origin of the Twelve -Step Program
• How to effectively prepare for each step
• Practice counseling using the first six steps
• Workbook completion and journal entry

YOU WILL LEARN: 

• Biblical principles and precepts 
• How to effectively counsel those who are addicted and substance abusers
• Step overviews to assist in understanding, working, and preparing for the steps
• How to review common dysfunctional behavior characteristics
